Gurney’s Eagle flew for the crowds once more, this example being the car raced by Ginther and McLaren in 1967  Denny Hulme drove this Eagle in the ’69 Indy 500 for Dan Gurney’s All American Racers  The Huffaker Offy ‘MG Liquid Suspension Special’ was the only Indy competitor to use Mini designer Alex Moulton’s Hydrolastic suspension when it ran in ’64 and ’65, driven by Walt Hangsen  The 1975 Trans-Am Championship victory of Bob Tullius was marked by the attendance of this Group 44 Jaguar E-Type  Peter Kitchak brought over his 1973 Targa Florio-winning Porsche 911 RSR and it was re-united with its original driver Gijs van Lennep  Perks of the job: Lord March drove Marshall Bailey’s ’66 Lola T70 Spyder, similar to the car which won the first CanAm title driven by John Surtees  March 817 of ’81 was typical of centre-seat Can-Am racers and was driven by Al Unser, Bobby Rahal and Danny Sullivan in period  The legendary Richard Petty regaled fans with tales from his racing past  Distinctive Petty blue and STP red colours on this ’72 Dodge Charger driven by Richard Petty  This ’71 McLaren M8F formed part of the celebrations of 40 years of Can-Am  This Ferrari 250 TR won Le Mans in 1961, driven by Phil Hill and Olivier Gendebien. It is now owned by Peter Sachs  Bob McConnell’s Watson-Offy was one of the last ‘roadsters’ to race in the Indy 500, taking part in the 1966 event
